I built this program based on my personal and professional knowledge. I did everything the same way for 2 years. But I didn't get pregnant until I changed my exercise routine and added key nutrients to do my diet. So this got me thinking... I started to read up on this topic and studied a ton of research supporting the importance of nutrition and physical activity.

I had no idea about the impact pregnancy would have on my body. After going through pregnancy, I realized how important it would be to prepare your body for the physical and mental demands of pregnancy. I started training women who were actively trying for baby and undergoing IVF to help them stay healthy and prepare their bodies for pregnancy.

This prompted me to create this program to reach more women. I've done all of the work for you and put together this amazing program for you to follow and help on your journey as you prepare to welcome baby!

Maria is a mama of one who exercised throughout her pregnancy and had a healthy and safe pregnancy and delivery. During her postpartum recovery, Maria helped herself recover from diastasis recti (2 finger separation) and has used her professional and personal skills to help many women look and feel their best throughout pregnancy and beyond. 

She found the key to staying healthy during pregnancy and after is to complete the right exercises and to eat the right foods. And not just any exercises and a healthy diet; you have to exercise and eat food specific to the changes your body goes through during pregnancy and after.

Maria strives to help other women throughout their journey and help them feel fully supported during such a special time.
