I'm Dr. Maria Banks, a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, Women’s Fitness Specialist and a passionate advocate for women's health and fitness. With over 13 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, I've dedicated my career to helping adults enhance their functionality and overall well-being.

My journey into specializing in women's health began when I became a mother. This transformative experience showed me how women benefit from specialized training in their fitness journey. This experience sparked a profound shift in my professional focus, leading me to specialize in supporting women at every stage of life. Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, navigating the challenges of motherhood, or transitioning through the perimenopausal period, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Drawing from both personal and professional expertise, I tailor fitness programs to address the unique and specialized needs of all women. My goal is to serve as a trusted resource for women seeking comprehensive fitness support throughout their lives.
