Direct access to me
I built this program based on my personal and professional knowledge. I exercised throughout my entire pregnancy and had a safe and easy labor and delivery.
Now nothing prepared me for the pain of those contractions, but I was able to have the strength and endurance needed to help me sustain different labor positions. I also gave birth vaginally with no tearing!
I created this program based on research about the most effective exercises to help prepare mom for labor.
I also included guided imagery and affirmations to help prepare your mind for labor. I truly believe that your mind is powerful. These affirmations helped me so much as I prepared for labor and I wanted to share these with all moms to be to help them!
*Please note: Participating in this program does not guarantee a specific labor and delivery outcome.
